Preferred by many Charter Boat mates and Commercial fisherman the Traditional wooden handle high carbon steel knives are easy to sharpen and cut like a razor. High Carbon knives will rust quickly in a salt environment but can be cleaned up easily and ready for the next trip. J&B doesn't recommend these knives for most of our recreational fishermen. They are designed to be used almost daily or cared for every trip.
